Aaron Graham
Managing Director
Salt water runs deep in Aaron’s veins. Emanating from a competitive surfing background, Aaron consequently found his niche employed as a professional lifeguard on Bondi Beach. Completing 19 years working as a team leader, on one of the world’s busiest beaches, Aaron was inspired to further his career in lifeguarding. Aware of a need for professional water safety amongst production & event companies, Aaron launched Pro Guarding which now boasts the likes of Red Bull and The World Surf League as clients. A passionate waterman, Aaron’s immense folio of experience is invaluable to the company he created and cultivates still.
Nat Bromley
Risk, Safety and Business Development
Nat is a Risk Management and Sustainability specialist with over 20 years experience in operational risk analysis, planning and management. He has a strong track record in applying industry best practice risk management solutions across a number of high risk industry sectors throughout the Asia Pacific Region, including commercial dive and marine operations, mining, construction and high voltage electrical distribution. Nat's formal qualifications in environment, health and safety management, emergency response and auditing, coupled with his extensive industry experience, enable Nat to deliver Pro Guarding clients with practical risk-based water safety management services.
