• Lifeguard / Water Safety Supervisor

• Personal Water Craft Operator

• Vessel Operator / Coxswain

All Pro Guarding personnel are assessed as competent and possess detailed working expertise in the above-mentioned roles, as well as the relevant certificates and qualifications required.

Examples of qualifications retained by an employee engaged in the following positions include, but are not limited to:

Lifeguard:

• Provide Advanced Resuscitation (HLTAID007)

• Provide First Aid (HLTAID003)

• Provide Pain Management (PUAEME005A)

• Provide Emergency Care for Suspected Spinal Injury (PUAEME004A)

• Personal Water Craft (PWC) License

• Working With Children Check & National Police Check

Paramedic:

• Level ICP (Intensive Care Paramedic)

• Level P1 Paramedic

Commercial Diver:

• Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme - Occupational SCUBA to 30m (Part 1)

Personal Water Craft Operator:

• Personal Water Craft (PWC) License (Transport, Roads & Maritime Services)

• Operate & Maintain PWC for Rescue Operations (PUASAR016A)

Vessel Operator:

• Master <24m & Coxswain Certificate (Australian Maritime Safety Authority)

• Personal Water Craft (PWC) License (Transport, Roads & Maritime Services)

• Operate & Maintain PWC for Rescue Operations (PUASAR016A)

• Maritime Radio Operator’s Certificate of Proficiency (Australian Maritime College)

• Certificate of Safety Training (Australian Maritime Safety Authority)
